Kazuhas main build focuses on increasing his Elemental Mastery to increasethe damage he can deal when Swirling elementsas well as increasing the bonus he provides with his 4th Ascension Passive: Poetics of Fuubutsu.

Kazuha always wants Elemental Mastery where possible and as much as you cangive. Therefore weapons which provide Elemental Mastery are great for Kazuha such as Freedom-Sworn and Xiphos' Moonlight. In situationswhere you are struggling to gain enough Energy Recharge to consistently burstyou may consider a weapon such as Favonius Sword or Fleuve Cendre Ferryman. If Ferryman is already being used on anothercharacter you could also opt for Sacrificial Sword.

The exact amount of Energy Recharge you want will depend on your teamand if you use Chihayaburu once or twice between each burst as wellas if you simply tap or hold Chihayaburu. Generallyspeaking, around the 180 - 200% area will be common.

Like many Anemo characters, Kazuha performs best whenusing Viridescent Venerer with the resistance shred being incrediblyhelpful.

With Elemental Mastery artifacts, weapon and the bonus from your 6th Ascension,you will already have over 800 Elemental Mastery giving you at least a 32% damage bonusfrom Poetics of Fuubutsu before you even need to worry about substats.

Chihayaburu is Kazuha's main source of crowdcontrol due to the fact it can pull a range of enemies towards him. Thisalso causes Kazuha to jump in the air allowing you to perform a strongerplunge attack dealing damage based on the absorbed element.

Kazuha Slash is incredibly powerful providing the majority ofKazuha's damage as well as applying an absorbed element which is why it isso important to have enough Energy Recharge. This can help yourteam with additional elemental reactions. You just need to be careful thatthe right elements are absorbed.

Kazuhas Elemental Skill, Chihayaburu has different effectsand utilities depending on if you tap or hold the skill. They generate differentamounts of energy, pull enemies in more and even different amounts of elementalapplication.

You want to hold Chihayaburu whenever you need more powerfulgrouping or additional energy. Otherwise tapping the skill will allow you toswap to the rest of the party faster.

Kazuha is an incredibly powerful support that can be used in a wide rangeof teams such as Hypercarry, mono elemental teams and various reactionbased teams. The biggest issue with Kazuha is that you only have one of him inSpiral Abyss.

Ayaka is an incredibly powerful main DPS who utilities thesupportive abilities of Shenhe, Furina, and Kazuha to further increaseher damage while freezing enemies. Kazuha has great synergy with a mostcharacters you would use in a Freeze comp such as Ganyu,Layla, or Rosaria.

Neuvillette is an incredibly powerful HydroDPS character who benefits greatly from Kazuha due to the resistance shred,elemental damage bonus and even the damage increase from his 1st AscensionPassive Heir to the Ancient Sea's Authority.

Lyney can be an incredibly powerful team compositionbeing able to utilise his 4th Ascension passive Conclusive Ovationto deal more damage with more Pyro characters. Kazuha helps improve this teameven without being a Pyro character due to the increasedresistance shred, damage buffs and by ensuring characters are consistentlyaffected by Pyro.
