Next up for our Friday Board Feature, we’d like to introduce board member Richard Kolodziejski, Director of Government Affairs at the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters.Richard joined the board to represent tradespeople who advocate for responsible investments in an area of our state that needs economic opportunities to support middle-class families and their surrounding communities. The partnership between the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters and Jobs for Minnesotans demonstrates their commitment to clean energy industries, the contractors performing the work, and the investment needed to advance responsible initiatives into the future.Richard believes support for safe mining is necessary for the products we heavily rely upon that provide a cleaner environment, and that projects must receive fair review in a nonpartisan, timely process.Through his role on the Jobs for Minnesotans board, Richard looks forward to continuing to spread the necessary education and further understanding around the positive impact responsible projects and jobs can have on our economy.
